                  is a training enhancement program. We offer training in-person and online via Zoom. The faculty assists young dancers in fusing their passion for dance with their drive to become a professional dancer in the entertainment industry. theCREW meets 2-4 times a week. Training in all styles; Jazz, hip hop, jazz funk, ballet. As well as technique, conditioning and performance.

Director

MOLLEE GRAY

Mollee Gray started her tv/film career at the young age of 9 years old. She has quickly becOme one of the most sought after and top working dancers/choreographers in Los Angeles, CA. Her professional and television credits include, So You Think You Can Dance top 4 female dancer, Shake It Up, Best Friends Whenever, High School Musical 1, 2 and 3, America’s Got Talent, Ellen, Drop Dead Diva, Big Time Rush, Glee, Victorious, The Voice and more! Mollee has also enjoyed dancing with artists including Taylor Swift, Snoop Dog and J Lo.. Mollee’s tv/film career also includes a plethora of acting jobs where she has found incredible success. Her first big break was as a supporting actress in the Ashton Kutcher film No Strings Attached. She went on to star in two of her own Lifetime movies, A Night to Regret and Double Daddy. Recently traveling around the world have fallen in love with her acting and dance performance as Giggles in the hit Disney Channel franchise Teen Beach Movie! With all of this, Mollee has opened up her own notable dance studio, theCREW in Burbank, CA with her husband, Jeka Jane! The dancers age from 5-17 with beautiful diversity and queer representation.

Jeka Jane

Jeka Jane began dancing at age 6 in Northern California. Training in all styles, Jeka attended School Of The Arts in San Francisco, with a focus in dance. After moving to Los Angeles, he became one of the most sought after teachers and choreographers! He has danced for musical artists, Ariana Grande, Todrick Hall, Nikki Minaj and NSYNC. Jeka has performed for tens of thousands people for the Billboard music awards, Coachella Music Festival, VMAS and notably a principal dancer in Ariana Grandes’ music video “No Tears Left to Cry”. Jeka made his TV debut on the Emmy award winning show “Transparent”, and became a trans icon dancing in Netflix’s “The PROM” and HBO series “Euphoria”. Recently, Jeka has finished a sold out tour with musical artist, Todrick Hall on the “Femuline World Tour”.  While Jeka has been featured in music videos by Grant Knoche “First Hello” and Connor Dermic” “If You’re Tired”, it’s his coming out story of being a working transgender man that took the world by storm. Jeka is able to share his gift all while educating the masses in queer equality. Each person who comes into his class feels supported, equal and valued, and at the end of the day, that’s what makes Jeka Jane an incredible teacher.

Technique, Jazz & Contemporary

ELI DEWITZ

Eli Dewitz is a professional dancer, choreographer and educator based out of Los Angeles, CA. Originally from Kansas City, Eli grew up training and assisting some of the industries top choreographers such as Talia Favia, Sonya Tayeh and Mia Michaels. She booked her first professional choreography job, as well as dance job at the age of fifteen for The Strive’s “Keep Dreaming” music video and a short film titled “Anela En Rouge”. Since her move to Los Angeles in 2014, she has had the opportunity to dance commercially and in films, perform live and teach across the country. Some of these credits include Baby Bash, Drake Bell, Totsy, Hobo Circus and her most recent choreography project for “The Old Breed” television series. As well as continuing her professional training with companies such as Flock directed by Alice Klock and Florian Lochner, Body Traffic LA directed by Tina Berkett, Acts of Matter directed by Becca Lemme, Tigerstyle crew directed by Jeremy Finney and Catastrophe directed by Cat Cagliandro. Through her years of professional experience she has taken her knowledge and intentionally cultivated her own style of class that offers a place for everyone and encourages students to find their own unique individuality as dancers. Though she carries passion through out all aspects of the art of dance, one of her biggest missions is to leave a positive and healthy impact on the next generation of dancers.

Ballet & Pilates

Natalie Palmgrem

Natalie Palmgren is a Los Angeles–based dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She holds dual BFA degrees in Dance Performance and Dance Choreography from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), where she trained with renowned faculty including Lar Lubovitch, Vitor Luiz, and Tong Wang. During her time at UCI, Natalie performed extensively in both classical and contemporary repertory and distinguished herself as a choreographer, creating works for numerous department productions.

Since graduating, Natalie has freelanced with numerous California-based companies, including Oakland Ballet, Ballet Red, Luminario Ballet, Hollywood Ballet, West Coast Ballet, and Pacific Ballet Dance Theater. Appearances include galas, music videos, films, live concerts, and performances at venues, namely The Greek Theatre, The Kennedy Center, and the World Expo in Osaka, Japan. She has worked with notable choreographers such as Ido Tadmor, Josie Walsh, Tara Ghassemieh, and Ludvig Ispiryan.

In 2024, she expanded her performance career into ballroom dance as an Exhibition Cabaret competitor and earned multiple first-place recognitions. She choreographs for private events and has had her work featured in Choreographer Collection Los Angeles (ChoCoLA), West Coast Ballet, Hollywood Ballet, and National Choreographer Month dance festival (NaChMo). Natalie currently teaches at numerous dance studios around Los Angeles and creates choreography for rhythmic gymnasts.

CREW competitive is our newest track for those who are interested in the convention, competition world! Much like the industry, you don't have months to perfect a dance. Our goal is for dancers to learn skills to be camera ready quicker. Dancers learn their routines 2 weeks prior and hit the stage.
